Individual therapy session: $250 (available the day prior to or during the retreat, limited spots).
This retreat is for adults with OCD who are ready to take active steps toward managing their symptoms. If OCD has been inhibiting your daily life, this retreat is designed for you.
No formal diagnosis is required, but the retreat is focused on OCD-specific strategies and techniques. All attendees will receive a one-hour consultation with Austin Bridges prior to the retreat to discuss specific challenges, goals, and answer any questions.
ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is the gold-standard treatment for OCD. It involves (when you're ready) gradually facing fears without resorting to compulsions, helping you build confidence and reduce anxiety over time.
That’s okay! Group sessions are designed to be safe and supportive. You are surrounded by people who have shared experience and first-hand knowledge of what you’re going through. You’ll also have the option for individual therapy if you would like additional one-on-one support.
Charleston is accessible by car or flight. Transportation will be provided for planned excursions during the retreat.
Yes! The retreat is structured to include breaks, free time, and relaxing activities like yoga, meditation, and excursions.
