What is an OCD Intensive?
An OCD Intensive is a specialized treatment program that provides focused and immersive care for individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Led by Austin Bridges who specializes in OCD treatment, the program includes evidence-based therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
We offer a structured treatment schedule with multiple therapy sessions per day where you will receive psychoeducation, learn coping strategies, and engage in relapse prevention planning. OCD Intensives are designed to accelerate progress and provide comprehensive support for individuals who struggle with manic or compulsive behavior.

One Week OCD Intensive Package
The One Week program is 16 hours of 1:1 treatment with Austin which includes:
